Warranty Information
THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE NO LONGER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
- Eden Bassinet
- Max Pro
- Max Traveler
- Solo Sport
- Solo Deluxe
- Endangered Species MANUFACTURED before 2008 (the strollers have a clear vinyl sun visor on canopy)
- Unity MANUFACTURED before 2008 (the strollers have a clear vinyl sun visor on canopies)
Your Baby Planet stroller is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, under normal use.
This warranty is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase, and only
for strollers manufactured by Essentials Brands after 2009. (Check the
manufacturer's label on the lower rear leg)
Please keep your original receipt.
We cannot perform warranty
work without it.
For countries outside the US, please contact your distributor. International shipping charges for warranty work are the responsibility of the consumer.
